Living Room: Queen-size pullout sofa for relaxing or extra sleeping.

The full bathroom sits along the hallway to the left and includes a large shower, vanity, and storage for your essentials.

☆☆ IMPORTANT ☆☆
• Our unit is located on the first floor.
• Appliance Use: Laundry machines and dishwashers may only be used between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
• Respectful Behavior: No disruptive or offensive activities are allowed. Please be considerate of neighbors at all times.
• Parking: Each unit has two designated parking spaces. No blocking traffic, storing unregistered/derelict vehicles, or performing major vehicle repairs. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense.
• Recreational Vehicles: Boats, snowmobiles, motorcycles, RVs, and large trucks are not allowed without prior written approval from the Host.
• Systems & Utilities: No overloading electrical systems or altering plumbing/heating without approval. Only ordinary household waste may go into the sewer system.
• Trash: Trash must be disposed of in the numbered outdoor cans assigned to each unit. Pickup is on Mondays. The cans are located past the picnic tables, to the left behind the next building.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).
- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked
- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.
- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.
- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
