Awesome stay

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always been great. Front desk people are always friendly and quick. Lately it seems they’ve been having problems with the door keys not working with the doors all the time. But whenever I’ve had to go back down to the front desk to get new keys, it’s a quick and friendly process. I’ve loved the view of every room I’ve stayed in. The rooms are really sleek and cool. I especially love the size of the bathrooms and the fact that there’s a Bluetooth speaker connected to the bathroom mirror! Or behind the mirror. Either way, you turn it off and on directly from the mirror. Super cool

We were in a queen suite with pullout couch. The pullout was not in good condition. Had to sleep on cushions from couch. Had to request all bedding for that. Room was clean & spacious. Strong smell of weed in hallways. Pictures are a little deceiving. Overall it was nice but I thought it was going to be more upscale.

Not quite perfect, but issues were minor

We arrived early, so appreciate the staff for having a room ready for us, but the desk attendant, while friendly and capable, had just returned from a smoking break and smelled of it. We later discovered that the TV remote was missing, but a quick request at the front desk fixed that. In the positive side, the room layout and lighting is very innovative, and fun. Kudos to the designers!

We stayed here for it's location downtown close to restaurants and also nearness to the airport for an early morning flights. There is also no parking overnight fee. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Staff friendly
