Room was really bad. Fresh semen on bed sheets, but no one around to change them, so we had to move rooms, but not any carts to help with luggage. One woman at the front desk was rude.

This property is in the middle of downtown a lot of neat attractions. That being said expect noise on the weekends from the bars and nightlife.

As long as you’re aware it’s gonna cost $25 for parking; this hotel is still a value for being so close to shopping and dining around the Old Market. Beds and pillows are comfy, and the towels are fluffy and good.The room was spacious enough for a sofa.

Great location in Old Market downtown Omaha

Room was clean and had a great view from 10th floor. Only complaint is thin walls and could hear loud drunkies (2:30 am bar close crowd) in the hallway. Sounded like they were literally shouting at our door.... Price for parking was $25 per night, not terrible but cost was an unknown until we checked out. Necessary evil when driving/parking in Omaha. Great location easy walking distance to CHI event center (15 min walk), and quick easy access to shopping and dining options in the Old Market. Would book here again for sure!

The room was great for a family of five - I appreciate hard floors (not carpet) as it feels so much cleaner. Breakfast was not the best - they were not keeping up with the crowd and there were insufficient dishes etc. But overall a nice place and I would stay again.

Great location in old market with very convenient and FREE parking . Amazed by how many young families were down at the free breakfast considering the hotel has the vibe of a business person hotel and there is no pool.

We love this property! We stay here every year for a New Year's getaway, and it is so walkable to numerous museums, shops, and restaurants. The staff is lovely and the breakfast is delicious!
