Staff was amazing but the room we stayed in had a squeaking noise every 30 seconds 24 seven above our head even when sleeping notified the front desk she said she will put a maintenance work order in but staff was great room was clean just all day squeaking above my head twice in one minute for 24 seven the whole day

This place is fine if your an on the road construction worker. Because the place is filled with construction workerss drinking beer and smoking weed in all the common areas. Not for the family.

The room was very small considering there was king and sofa. There was no room to put our suitcases. One day the eggs were scrambled and good the next morning they were an egg patty that was not good

The only issue I had during my stay is that both mornings, the breakfast area had no hot coffee. It was always empty

There seemed to be one single "cart" to help transport luggage to the rooms, for the entire hotel. All of the shrubbery and/or trees are unkempt, growing over the sidewalk areas. So bad that when cars are parked there you cannot use the sidewalks, having to walk in the parking lot. I'm handicapped, using a cane... The shower/tub combo was DISGUSTING!There was mold and other unknown filth throughout it. And the breakfast items served in chaffing dishes, were ice cold both mornings. Nothing starts your day better than ice cold sausage and bacon.

Couple Getaway

The hotel itself was nice. Room was small, not what was described in the hotels.com description. Said it had separate dining area, picture showed table with chairs. Our room did not have this, which was disappointing to us. Breakfast was good, nice variety but small area where food was served. Did not use pool, but it looked very small. Hotel was in area central to the activities we wanted to go to.

The caulking in the bathroom had black mold and the sheets were dingy and stained. The limited staff I interacted with did not have any care or concern for anything. I checked out 5 days early and they didn't even ask why. The beds are also bouncy and not good if you have back pain.
