There are a handful of grocery stores all within 5 min or less and tons of restaurants if you want to skip cooking while on vacation. This apartment not only has a rear sun porch, but it also has its own private side-porch overlooking the shared back yard. Giant windows in the sun porch allow beautiful sunlight to fill the room, it is the perfect place for a cup of morning coffee and quiet reflection, or to sit and relax After the Game.

Outside After the Game 1 is a shared side and backyard. This is shared with the upper level apartment, After the Game 2. There is a gas grill and picnic table for your use as well as a set of cornhole boards to pass some time. There are 2 small parking spaces in the driveway, 1 for each unit.
