Rakennuskuvat otettiin 30.12.2018, ja sisäuima-allas ja porealtaat ovat valmiita. Huoneisto on täysin kalustettu maaliskuussa ja kalustetut kuvat ovat vain esitys siitä, mitä huoneisto näyttää kalustetulta, kalustus on hieman erilainen.



Aseta avautumaan 30. maaliskuuta 2019 !!! Tule nauttimaan uusimmasta Resort Complex Alabama Gulf Coast!

Meidän huoneisto sijaitsee täydellisesti 4. kerroksessa suoraan näkymät Lazy River Phoenix Orange Beach uskomattomat panoraamanäkymät lahdelle! Vältä hissiä ja pysäköidä samalla kerroksella kuin condo! Meillä on myös avaimeton ovilukko, joten sinun ei tarvitse pysyä avainten mukana loman aikana! Voit nauttia upeasta näköalasta Persianlahdelle parvekkeelta tai lattiasta kattoon ulottuvista ikkunoista Olohuoneessa ja makuuhuoneessa. Yli 1750 m² yksikkö on erittäin tilava, vasta kalustettu ja uusi vuokra-markkinoilla!



Palvelut ovat runsaat tässä Phoenix Orange Beach condo: yksikkö on varustettu täysikokoinen laitteet, märkä baari jääpalakone, 65 "taulu HDTV olohuoneessa ja taulu 55" HDTV päällikön ja 50 "Smart TV 2. ja 3. makuuhuoneessa, pesutupa, jossa on täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Condo was clean and met all our needs. The location was perfect. Out to door to the elevators and reception guy out to the beach. Loved being able to park so close to the condo also. Made unloading super easy! Will stay again!

Nice place, great communication

Our host was wonderful to work with. We had to modify our stay a couple times because we went to the Sand in My Boots festival but that was a mess! We bought 3rd party tix and we will never do that again! Anyways, the host was very understanding and worked with us. The condo had everything we needed and we would definitely book with them again.

Nice Place!

The place was spacious and as listed with a wonderful view, in essence...a nice place! Check-in and check-out was simple and we had no need to contact the owner. Access via the parking garage was easy, especially with our elderly parents, the elevators were near and getting to the lazy river was a breeze. We really enjoyed the condo and would most definitely use it again!

Summer get together for my wife's birthday.

Beach was great. Our two Granddaughters loved the pool area. We had 6 adults and 4 children. The 3 full bathrooms were great for getting ready to go places and getting cleaned up after a day at the beach and pool. Location was great for restaurants. Walmart and Publix for all our food needs. The enclosed parking garage was great for keeping the car from being overly hot. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our week in this condo at the beach. The listing is 100% accurate. The description and pictures depict the condo just as it is. Communication with the property manager and the check-in was simple and straightforward. Both of the coffee pots in the unit were not working in correctly and the property manager delivered a new one quickly. The location to stores and restaurants in Orange Beach is fabulous. Parking on the floor of the unit was a real plus! We would definitely rent this condo again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were pleased with the experience. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. We found a dirty diaper under the bed. The people at the front desk weren't very helpful. They kept refering us to the rental company. The water slide was out of service quite a bit during our stay, but repairs are necessary.

The condo is beautiful, but there were some issues. There was a problem with the tv in the main bedroom. We called for service, and the representative was not able to resolve the issue. The lighting was poor in all 3 bedrooms. The sheets in the main bedroom were extremely dingyclean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is in a great location with beautiful views of the Gulf. The unit is large with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, all in good condition. The property was advertised to be 3 years old, but I would guess maybe 7 - 10 years old. Although generally very nice, the cloth couches were soiled (maybe just from age) and the rugs had not been cleaned in quite a while. These two issues moved our rating down one notch.

Vacation with Grandson

The condo was plenty big enough for the 5 of us the lazy river and pool area with a slide was a hit for my grandson. Property was close to everything we wanted to do. The only negative, if I would call it a negative would be having to reach out to the property management people to receive the check in packet. I have used VRBO many many times and we have always gotten the check in packet at least a week out. We did not receive ours until Thursday morning before our stay on Saturday. Was getting a little nervous. But all was good in the end

Highly recommend

Great condo! We had 3 children ( 2 of them were 1 year olds) with our family and the condo is very kid friendly. Very Clean and beautiful. Loved being able to park on the 4th floor and walk directly to the condo. My son (4 years old) loved the pool and the water slide. The indoor pool was nice to have in case of a rain day. The whole complex was really nice and clean. Beaches were great. The only issue was the chairs you rent are just basic beach chairs. They didn’t have the lounger beach chairs. Also tried to confirm a few details prior to our stay and never got a message back. Never had any issues during our stay so didn’t try to contact anyone other than before the trip. We weren’t supplied hand soap in bathrooms or bar soap so make sure you bring or purchase that before you stay. Other than those few small details, we loved this condo and plan to stay here again next year.

Wish the condo was cleaned properly b/c it’s a great unit

The condo was so pretty & had lots of space. The beds were comfortable & there was adequate seating in the living room. The unit came with 5 beds & 3 bathrooms which gave plenty of room for our family of 6. The kitchen was well stocked. The property is conveniently located close several grocery stores & restaurants & the beach had lots of space for umbrellas/chairs. It would have been perfect except the condo was not cleaned properly. The kitchen counters (bar) had sand on them & we found gummy candies on the floor. This made me question if the floor had been cleaned so we bought cleaning wipes to use and it proved the floors were so dirty. Also, the bedsheets on the king bed had a big spot on them. I stripped the beds & washed them and the spot came clean - so I do not think the king sheets were changed. The Keurig didn’t work (it needed “needle maintenance”), but the coffee maker worked so we bought filters & coffee instead of using the pods purchased. The dryer also takes forever to dry. I called to report my concerns to the property manager who offered to send someone to clean, but I had already washed sheets & cleaned the counters/floor. We also did not want to be inconvenienced by having strangers in our unit while we were away. We would have also had to disassemble pack and plays, etc for someone to clean. I feel confident the owner will address these issues because it’s a lovely unit and it appeared to have been well cared for!

The pool area had amazing options: indoor pool and hot "pool" as my kids called it, the lazy river, and the water slide. I would've loved to have an actual outdoor pool in the sun to swim in though. The waterslide and lazy river water was FREEZING!!! The indoor pool felt heated, but wasn't overly warm.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Phoenix West in Orange Beach. We had two families staying together. My wife and I and our two children and two grandchildren and my son-in-law had plenty of room and plenty of fun. The beach, pool, swimming, pool, and lazy river were a big hit. The beds were comfortable, the TVs were big, and the kitchen was great. All in all a great trip.

The condo was clean and the bed where comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all you kitchen supplies. I am ready to come back!
