If you've ever crammed your family into a tiny Orange Beach condo and fought over pool chairs with 200 other guests — this is the opposite of that.

This is an actual house. Three bedrooms, real living space, a private deck with partial bay views, and a garage where you can park your car instead of circling a parking deck.

The community pool is a short walk away and it's never packed. You're minutes from the beach, The Wharf, and everything Orange Beach has to offer — but tucked into a quieter neighborhood where you can actually relax.

Bringing your dog? We're pet-friendly (one small dog with prior approval, pet fee applies) — something most condos around here won't offer.

The house is decorated in a clean coastal modern style with an open layout that gives everyone room to breathe.

The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook in, and there's enough seating and sleeping space for up to 10 guests without anyone ending up on an air mattress.

If you're the type who brings a kayak or paddleboard, there are launch points within walking distance. If you'd rather just sit on the deck with a coffee and do nothing — that works too.

The Space

The main living area is open and bright with plenty of seating and a large TV for movie nights. A half bath on the main floor keeps things convenient.

The kitchen has quartz countertops, full-size appliances, and everything you need to cook — from a quick breakfast to a full dinner. Dining table plus breakfast bar seating so everyone has a spot.

Primary Bedroom — King bed, sleeper sofa, TV, and a large en-suite with dual vanity, walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub.

Bedroom 2 — Queen bed with dresser.
Bedroom 3 — Two full beds with dresser.

A second full bathroom serves the guest bedrooms.

What We Provide

Good instructions on getting in the property and locking it up. Property outside and inside were not maintained as photos showed. Didn't see the open scary field in the backyard in the photos. Neighbors two doors down were excessively loud, screaming until 3am on two nights. Someone came and looked into the front door - extremely scary and since no window coverings it felt very unsafe.

Perfect Location!

We were in town for a week long softball tournament and this property was perfectly situated between the ball fields and all the activities. I loved the fact we could avoid a lot of the craziness of being in town, yet we were still close to restaurants, the wharf and a short drive to the beach. The house was fully stocked with everything you may need, clean and had plenty of room for us to all spread out and relax. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice House but missing a few things

The house is very pretty but they’re were many small details missing that are in most rentals. To begin we had no grill. No blender. And extra linens especially for the couch sofa. Cleanliness could be better. Dust everywhere and a lot of grease in kitchen. Overall, nice small house but could be better.

Perfect location for a rainy weekend at the beach.

While our beach weekend was ruined by the storms in the area. The house and location were perfect. Minutes away from the Wharf, great restaurants and the beaches. We spent more time in the house than originally planned so I am very happy that the house had everything we needed to entertain. Large open kitchen, comfortable great room with a few games on hand to help chase away the rainy day blues. Would recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous New Build Close to Everything

This home is even more beautiful than the pictures. You can see the bay from the back porch. It is super close to The Warf and the Beach. The owners are very friendly. Cleanliness is SPOTLESS. The master bedroom/bathroom is HUGE! The beds are very comfortable. Huge Island great for cooking and hosting. We definitely want to come back.

Perfect Beach getaway

We had to be in the area for a Cheerleading tournament. This spot was perfect, 5 mins away from the Wharf, cool restaurants and the beaches. Everything was soo close. The house was new, with the latest amenities and a well stocked a kitchen. My kids loved hanging in the living room, outside patio or even the room they slept in with the double beds. The owner gave clear instructions and quickly responded when I had questions. Would definitely recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.
