The Neighborhood:
Pelican Pointe has many great resort amenities including an indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, BBQ area, and steam room/sauna. There is also a tennis/racquetball onsite. Take the boardwalk directly to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!

Guest Access:
This unit is equipped with an e-lock, so you check in directly at the unit with the code provided in a separate text/email. Upon arrival at the complex, check in with the guard at the guard shack and purchase your parking pass. If the guard is out, check back later as they make rounds on the property and hours are reduced in the off season. After checking in with the guard, take the elevator to the fifteenth floor, then take a right off of the elevator to unit 1505.

Limit of two parking pass per unit. Passes are $50 each and CASH ONLY. Please fill out the parking pass before placing it in your vehicle. No parking of buses, trailers, RV's or watercraft onsite. Parking is first come, first serve.
