Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed this property for a multi-generational family vacation. Being on the ground floor made it so easy to access the pool and the beach. Each bedroom having an en suite bathroom was the best part of this property. The yard space was shaded in the day and gave our toddler a great place to play and escape the sun. This property also provides exclusive access to one of only a couple piers in Orange Beach. The whole Four Seasons complex was family friendly. We would return.

NOT Staying Here Again

Where to start… first off - we left the property 2 days early because it was so disappointing. immediately upon arrival I notified Vacasa (property manager) of issues - to which NONE were ever resolved, even though I was told multiple times they would be addressed and send someone to help. Tried to leave a review immediately, but we couldn’t leave a review until after checkout date. Vacasa is worthless Issues included but not limited to 1) ACTUAL rats on the patio. Rat poop EVERYWHERE. Patio furniture covered in poop. Never were cleaned, never sat on the patio once. 2) more than 3 lizards loose running around in the condo. They were all small, like 3-4 inches long. But different colors and found in different rooms. 3) there is NO limited overflow parking as advertised. Only two spots. That’s it. Security guard on site said if a car was there after 10pm with no parking pass, we could expect something to happen to the car - verbatim. 4) no internet for first 24 hours on site. No wifi network as advertised available. 5) one toilet didn’t work 6) floors are disgusting. Don’t ever walk barefoot. Found upholstery staples laying in the floor next to the bed. 7) bed in room where my parents stayed was broken, perhaps the box springs or mattress spring were messed up, but half of the bed would roll them off in the floor. 8) the property may be beachfront, but to actually see the beach from your condo is impossible. All that you can see is the ocean in distance. Do NOT recommend.

Great location!

We stay at the Four Seasons mainly to have access to the fishing pier. We have been staying here for 15+ years. It was disappointing that the pier lights were shut off at night. We still had a great stay.

Noise Pollution Gives Residences Headache

Property very nice. Two (2) air compressors ran non-stop between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM for 4.5 days of our 5 day stay. It was not relaxing to be in the room. Required elevated conversations to be heard. The compressors were directly below our bedroom window. There was no availability for afternoon rest. CONTACTED Vacasa after 2nd day. They did nothing to compensate our less than desirable stay. 50% return of funds requested. I sent pictures and short video of compressors. Fully documented. I would expect return compensation for uncomfortable stay.

Lovely Condo Abysmal Property Management

Room was not ready when we arrived at 4:45. Cleaning gent advised me that he had 7 units to clean that day and they still had one bedroom and floors to clean. Wasn’t ready until 7pm. They Left the dishwasher full- super fun. Dehumidifier was VERY loud. Being awoken to a sandblasting machine outside the front door and pull behind generator running outside the bedroom window was nothing short of insane. I was awoken day 1 to a construction site outside my door and generator outside bedroom windows going full blast- sand blasting the stairwell… 4 hours passed with multiple calls and texts to Vacasa and VRBO before we were given another place to stay. Abysmal customer service in this regard. The fact that I paid for this still makes me sick to my stomach. Pools are not heated. Couldn't access sauna Couldn't access fitness center. Better property management would have made for a wonderful stay. But the service was 100% substandard and for that reason I will never rent a Vacasa ran property.

Little parking NO over flow parking

The condo was FABULOUS!! However communication between Vacasa was HORRIBLE. Before the trip we were reassured that there was overflow parking for two additional cars. It’s a 4 bedroom condo, so we had 4 couples all from out of town. Once there, attendant informed us there is no overflow parking available. So we were all scrambling around looking for a place to park. Old man at the entrance was very RUDE, however one of the employee guys was always very nice, he informed us where to park. So we parked at PUBLIX. Luckily we also had a friend that let us park at her work the beginning of the trip until we found something closer. We will definitely book this condo again. Very very beautiful!! The outside grass area was nice too!

Overall the place is amazing. I read reviews about the floor making your get black and was true but to be expected staying at a beach. They did have a outside closet that had beach toys and stuff to crab hunt with. Was overall amazing. The pier was beautiful at night and we even saw sharks. Would stay again.

Amazing Condo and Location

Great condo, beautiful back area, 1st floor, 4/4 unit, fruit flies were bad, bring an insecticide. Also sheets and blankets, extra pillows and towels.......but overall very nice.....we will be back.

Almost a perfect experience!

I just wanted to make note that the dryer does not work properly and one of the dining room chairs is broken, so that you guys can check on that. Also the lanyard in the kitchen for the outdoor storage was missing. The bedroom that backs up to the ocean was not properly cleaned, the bed sheets had hair and sand on them so that was really disappointing but thankfully the rest of the condo was clean. I was a little surprised there was only 1 trash bag and 1 roll of paper towels, there was no extra of any other things. It would have been nice if the listing said there were dishes and that's all, most vacation rentals I've ever stayed in had things like laundry soap, paper towels, extra toilet paper, etc and yours didn't. The dryer taking 4 hrs to dry anything really hindered our ability to keep up with laundry for 7 people for 5 days. We also could not find the remote for the TV, not a big deal but just so you know, we have no idea where it was. Overall we did love the condo, the furniture, the layout and the experience and would do it again! We loved the private pool, the pier and the beach access as well as the view off the patio!

Rent a cops on a power trip

Condo was okay. People had mentioned fruit flies in earlier posts. Still a problem but I did not want chemicals sprayed around my family so we dealt with them. Mattresses need to be replaced in some bedrooms. Security guards are a joke and only there to harass guests for not following every rule. 23 open parking spaces and they chose to tow my vehicle. It was storming when I went to move it and I thought I would wait. Fell asleep and went out next morning it was gone. Other family vehicle was ticketed for not having parking tag visible, the rent a cop had to put the “ticket” under the wiper right over the permit. They ruined a family trip. Will not stay here again due to these poor excuses for security guards. They cannot or will not knock on a door before towing a vehicle. Sad excuse for professionalism, courtesy and guest relations.

Nice and Clean

The property is very nice and clean. Plenty of room for 4 adults and the patio was very enjoyable. Parking for this unit was sub par as overflow parking was the Publix parking lot. The security guard was our only point of contact, and he directed our overflow parking to the Publix parking lot, no exceptions and not accommodating if you have 4 vehicles. We were willing to pay for secure parking that was not available.

Condo was overall okay. We we very disappointed that pool had been closed for repairs.

We have stayed at Four Seasons many times. I had 13 people at 2 condos. The fact that the pool was not available was major disappointment. We had several days with heat index above 100 degrees. We had people afraid to get in ocean due to the number of shark sightings. Wil probably not come back or use your company again.

Condo itself was nice, but needs maintenance

Wii didn't work; bathroom missing most drawer handles; one T.V. didn't work. Some electrical outlets didn't work. Had issue with front door handle and keys weren't working but Kaiser came out immediately and fixed keys and front door. Couple of lamps didn't work or bulbs needed replacing. Pool disappointing. They shouldn't advertise a gym as the equipment was so old and most didn't work. Terrible smell in gym and had to search for someone to let us in. Condo itself was nice, just needs maintenance. The building needs updating, gym and pool needs an overhaul. Condo was nicely decorated and spacious.

The property is very nice.

Our condo rental was nice. Clean and very well appointed with necessities. Plenty of room for six adults and two kids. We had a great view of the beach. My only complaint is the indoor pool. I had hoped that the indoor pool would be heated since it was December.
