Guest Access:

You’ll have full access to the entire house. The basketball court, volleyball court, fire pit, and marina are shared amenities with the other home on the property. Please note that only guests of Hidden Escapes may use these amenities. You’ll also have three acres of land to enjoy—an exclusive feature unique to Hidden Escape.

Nestled in a peaceful, waterfront area of Orange Beach, Hidden Escapes offers both serenity and convenient access to local attractions. The property sits in a locale where you can enjoy coastal views, easy boating, and quiet evenings—while still being just a short drive from the livelier spots of town.

Getting Around:

Golf carts are available to rent through Coastal Golf Cart. Guests may also use their own car, and while Uber and Lyft are options in the area, availability can be limited.



Other Things to Note:

Hidden Escapes can be booked separately or together (depending on availability). Both houses are directly next to each other on the same land. Message me and we can discuss further arrangements.

+ An event is defined as more than 16 people at the property at the same time and must be approved in advance. Each person over 10 people is an additional $25 which is reflected in the reservation.

+This property offers direct water access. Please keep a close eye on children at all times. Swimming is at your own risk—no lifeguard on duty.

+ Pets must be disclosed and listed in your reservation (5 pet maximum, $50 per pet).



★Weather★

We are not responsible for Alabama weather changes / delays leading up to and during your reservation. In the event of a storm, our cancellation policy stands. Please purchase Travel Insurance.



★BUGS & CRITTERS★

Please be aware that this is Alabama. If you don't want bugs, mosquito's, spiders, snakes, armadillos, lizards, iguanas, raccoons, palmetto bugs, deer and/or cockroaches in the house, please do not leave the door open. We do not give refunds for bug and/or animals found in or outside the property. We do have a monthly pest service in place. We can at anytime have dangerous animals located on this property.



★IMPORTANT★

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 on time fee, for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
