Seaside Beach & Racquet 2102 is a gulf-side, GROUND LEVEL, 2-BR, 2-BA condo in the heart of Orange Beach. This 2/2 condo features a well-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, and Wi-Fi. The living area has a sleeper-sofa, reclining chair, and an accent chair. With a king in the master, queen in BR #2, plus a sleeper sofa in the living area, unit 2102 can sleep up to 6 guests. Complex amenities include indoor & outdoor pool, tennis courts, sauna, steam room, exercise room, & BBQ area.

This condo is located on the ground floor, so you’re just steps away from accessing the resort amenities. You also have a private patio where you can enjoy your evening after a day in the sun. Grill out one evening and challenge your family to a friendly game of cornhole. Meanwhile, inside your condo, you will love access to a full kitchen stocked with all of the cookware essentials. The covered patio is the best way to start your day; relax with a cup of coffee while you watch a famous Gulf Coast sunrise. Seaside Beach & Racquet 2102 is on the ground level of building 2 in the “tennis villas”. Although this is on the beach side, is NOT directly on the beach. The tennis villas are on the right once you past the guard gate.

While you do have indirect beach views from the living area, master bedroom, and balcony, and it is on the beach side (no crossing road to get to the beach), this condo is NOT directly on the beach. To access the beach, you simply walk across the parking lot or follow the sidewalk along the west side of the complex

Guest Access:
The tropical courtyard features two large outdoor pools, an expansive sundeck, gazebo, shuffleboard, and outdoor beach-side showers. Other amenities at Seaside Beach & Racquet 2102 include: exercise room, sauna, steam room, indoor pool, tennis courts, a BBQ area with picnic tables. This gated community has an on-site security guard on duty 24/7. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through third-party beach service company, Perdido Beach Service, during the Spring and Summer months.

The Neighborhood:
Seaside Beach & Racquet is conveniently located near all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Orange Beach has to offer, with many places within walking distance. Some notable distance includes Flora-Bama (5.5 mi), Cobalt (3.5 mi), The Gulf (3), The Hangout (5.2 mi), Tacky Jacks (3.2 mi).

Other Things to Note:
Parking for condo: Purchase parking pass ($50 per vehicle with a maximum of 2 vehicles) from guard at gate upon arrival. After passing guard gate, turn right immediately past tennis courts (between tennis court and building 2) and park in a space to the left. Unit 2102 is on the ground level. No trailers.

🚫NO SMOKING: SSBRC is a NON SMOKING property on the common grounds, except for 2 designated areas: 1) to the west of the indoor pool and 2) to the east of building 5 by the bike rack.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
