The service was great, but that’s about the only compliment I have. This hotel needs MAJOR updating and cleaning. When I came to check-in (I was too early the first time) I used the restroom in the lobby and the toilets wouldn’t flush. I came back about an hour and a half later and there were signs all over the property saying the water was shut off for 1-2 hours and the lobby smelled of sewage. I changed rooms because of stains on the couch, the walls look beat up, a lot of painting over damage. When I switched rooms (the staff was very accommodating) my second room was better, but not by much; still had cleanliness issues. While the room was slightly more updated, there were stains on the ottoman (I don’t want to guess what was happening on that ottoman before I got there, but I can only imagine) and the couch. My bed was rock solid, so I was largely uncomfortable throughout my stay. Barely wanted to sit down in my room. And the WiFi wasn’t that good (I work remotely, so that was important to me). The atmosphere initially seemed like it catered to a transient crowd, but I eventually started seeing other travelers. Again, updates severely needed. The pool and fountain area has so much potential with updating. The free breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of hot foods, so I was pleased with that. In total, I felt pretty uncomfortable throughout my stay and wouldn’t stay again. Not a HORRIBLE hotel, but just not my idea of nice accommodations.

They did not clean the rooms. We picked this hotel due to the breakfast and shuttle. Breakfast was ok. Shuttle is awful. It’s on demand, so you have to order it. Totally unreliable. It is meant to run until 30 mins after park closes but one of the nights we were there shuttle left us stranded at Disney at 11pm. The food in the vending machines is highway robbery. If you wanted to stay here because it was affordable and had a shuttle to Disney, just don’t.

Staff was friendly, but the service wasn’t acceptable. No towels in the room and several guests had the same experience. Took us almost 8 hours to receive towels. Only one washcloth in the room. Never received any more. Coffee maker didn’t work. This used to be a good hotel for. A Disney trip.
