Situated at the top of the Champsaur valley, our cozy 22m2 studio apartment can be found in the midst of the breathtaking Hautes-Alpes! Enjoying both the sunny atmosphere of the Southern French Alps and the cascading snowfalls from the Écrins mountain range, this is the premier destination for an exciting and stunning ski vacation. Only 38 km away from Gap, Orcieres Merlette successfully combines the modern equipment and infrastructure of a large-scale ski resort, with the friendly atmosphere of a traditional mountain village. Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 2 guests.

After skiing, retreat to our comfortable STUDIO, which features a sofa bed or zip bed. Curl up and watch your favourite show on the TV or connect with loved ones using the complimentary Wi-Fi. In the evening, enjoy some fresh air and a glass of wine on the private balcony or terrace (please note that views vary).

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM. We'll provide you with towels and a hairdryer.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a refrigerator. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. Enjoy all your meals at the dining table.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Prestige Rochebrune Les Cimes where our space is conveniently located. These include access to the shared indoor pool with panoramic views, a fitness centre, a sauna and hammam (available for an additional charge), and ski storage.

If you're travelling by car, we've got you covered with FREE covered parking available on-site.

A fully-refundable damage deposit of €500/apartment and a small daily tourist tax and eco-tax between €0.50 and €3 per person will be collected upon arrival. End of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) included!

Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet along with you and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional fee of €65/stay or €13/night for stays under 7 nights.

The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.

If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a delicious meal at Chez Francis, only a 6-minute walk away! Pick up some groceries at Sherpa Supermarché Orcières, only a 4-minute drive away. For guests not travelling with their own ski equipment, rentals are available at the nearby Skiset, which offers a wide range of equipment for every level of skier or snowboarder.
