The lovely 13m² wooden terrace faces south, offering unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside. A table and iron chairs are provided for enjoying meals outdoors or simply relaxing in the sun.

The studio comprises a main room with:

- Convenient storage for your belongings
- Kitchenette equipped with a two-burner hob, small oven, washing machine, small refrigerator, sink, and all necessary cooking utensils.

The bathroom includes a large shower, a vanity unit, and a toilet.

A small room completes the accommodation with a 140x190cm double bed (this room has no windows).

Champtoceaux, with its superb panoramic views of the Loire, is 10 minutes away. A little further afield, the Atlantic coast is a 1 hour 15 minute drive, ideal for a seaside excursion.
