This modern cottage, located in a very quiet hamlet, offers all the comforts you need for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. Pets are welcome (€3/night/pet), and a small enclosed garden of approximately 100 m² allows you to enjoy the outdoors in complete privacy, with a lovely open view of a field and a small wood.

Built in 2024, this modern, practical, and easy-to-live-in, single-story house features:
- A bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge with television, and a large bay window opening onto a wooden terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue.
- Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190 cm) and the other with two single beds (90x190 cm).

The picturesque Trentemoult district and Champtoceaux, with its superb panoramic views of the Loire River, are 10 minutes away. A little further afield, the Atlantic coast is accessible in 1 hour and 15 minutes by car, perfect for a seaside excursion.

Take advantage of your stay to discover the Muscadet vineyards and the banks of the Loire near Ancenis. You can also enjoy a cruise on the Loire or explore the charming villages of the region. For cycling enthusiasts, a section of the Loire à Vélo cycle route is accessible 12km from the gîte. And for wine lovers, the vineyards of Muscadet de Vallet and Layon are very close by.

Private parking is available on the property, and there is a gated courtyard for storing your bicycles. A high chair and a cot are available upon request.
