Täysin uusittu mökki! Tämä suloinen 3 mh / 1. 5 kylpyhuone (ylimääräisiä ulkosuihku) Cape tyyli koti on Bakers Pond Road ja sijaitsee ihanteellisesti muutaman minuutin päässä kaikki rannat Orleans, ja kävelyetäisyydellä Bakers Pond.
Tarkka päässä mökistä (kyllä, minä ajoin edestakaisin) Joidenkin keskeisten maamerkkejä on seuraava (parkkipaikalla parkkipaikalla):
0. 3 mailia Bakers Pond
2. 0 mailia (tarkalleen) Skaket Beach
4. 2 mailia Nauset Beach.
Bakers Pond on yksi Capein puhtaimmista lammikoista ja se tunnetaan uimisesta, hämmästyttävästä kalastuksesta ja melonnasta.
Talossa on hyvällä maulla rannikko kalusteet ja se on raikas ja tuore. Se on ollut hiljattain ammattimaisesti maalattu lämmin meri lasi väreihin ja puulattiat on juuri redone.
Päätason talon ominaisuuksia olohuone ja ruokailutila, jossa kaunis avoin pohjaratkaisu. Makuuhuoneessa (queen-vuode) ja puoli kylpyhuone ovat myös päätason. Toinen ja kolmas makuuhuoneet sijaitsevat yläkerrassa. Yksi makuuhuone on kerrossänky twin yli täysikokoinen vuodepaikkaa. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta astella sänky on saatavilla pyynnöstä (nukkuu 3). Kaikki kolme makuuhuonetta ovat AC yksikköä ja televisiot. On aivan uusi sähkö takka olohuoneessa mukava TV Mantel, ja siellä on AC yksikkö, joka kattaa alemman tason. Kannella ominaisuuksia mukava patio huonekalut ja grilli.
Voitko hoitaa vielä hauskempaa? Talossa on kaksinkertainen autotalli, jossa on pingispöytä (tarjotut tarrat ja pallot) sekä huippuluokan pöydän pöytä.

All was great. 5 adults, everyone said beds were comfy. House was high-end hotel clean. We're all foodies and appreciated the gas bbq and well appointed kitchen with plenty of plates cups even a pot big enough to make Sunday sauce, and the cleaning supplies needed to clean up after ourselves. There was hand soap, towels and TP in both bathrooms, the shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Theres a supermarket and liquor store with a nice wine selection right down the street. Host was very responsive. The livingroom had the most comfortable loveseats Ive ever sat in, but there are only 2 two-seaters and an ottoman. I think there were TVs in every bedroom. It was a great time and Id stay again in a second.. only caveat, the front steps are not very ADA friendly - the treds are very narrow, and there's no way around them. Id be cautious if you're bringing someone with limited mobility or balance issues.

Clean, spacious and well maintained spot perfect for our family trip to the Cape. Close to Rt 6 which meant getting to Chatham /Harwich was super easy. Loved short trip to Nauset Beach. Would stay again if we come back to the area.

Terrific home in the heart of the Cape. Surrounded by trees, a nice walk to (and around) Baker’s pond, easy access to Orleans and everything up and down the coast. Great ice cream shop close by (with vegan soft serve!) and the quaintness one looks for on such a trip. Hosts are connected enough to get you the information needed, but stay out of the way and let you enjoy the stay alone. Highly recommended.

Our home for a whole month!

Miss it already. Excellent location. Great communication with the owner. We had some bug issues at the beginning due to the humidity and hot weather. Cathy immediately took care of it. Always responsive. Place was mint clean too. Comfortable beds. Looks small from the outside but it is quite comfortable inside. Close to ponds and walk/hiking/run in trails. Very quiet. Thanks for a wonderful and memorable stay. :-)

Fantastic Stay in Orleans!

Our stay in Orleans was everything my family had planned for and staying at Cathy's made it such a wonderful trip. The home is was perfect for our family of 5 and our dog with room to spare! My children loved the outdoor shower and how close we were to local Skaket beach. The home was well stocked with everything someone may need on a trip to Cape Cod and after a few hours of unpacking it felt like home. Communication with Cathy over our 2 week stay was amazing and she took care of any of our concerns right away. I would absolutely recommended staying here and look forward to future bookings!

Beautiful house perfect location

We loved our vacation in Orleans. The house is absolutely beautiful inside and outside with proximity to all of the great beaches. We especially loved our walks to Bakers Pond as well! Very close to lots of shops and restaurants. The kids loved the games in the garage and all of the toys. We hope to be back!

this was so close to Route 6 yet felt Like we were in the woods. we loved that! A few photos did not reflect the actual furniture in the house, but for 3 of us, we were comfortable and happy!!

Fun Family Getaway

I highly recommend this property. We needed a pet friendly home but cleanliness is super important to us, this home was not only clean but comfortable as well. The only thing that needs attention is the outside shower, we couldn’t use it. The host was also extremely flexible and responsive. Also good location 👍🏻

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was very clean and comfortable and close to all of our favorite beaches, restaurants, and trails. The neighborhood is not ideal for walking/biking based on proximity to major roads, but it was quiet and only a 5-10 minute drive to some beautiful spots. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Early Summer Stay

We stayed at this property in early June, which was a lovely time to visit the Cape. Access to the home was very easy via the keypad on the front door. The layout of the home was somewhat unusual with the master bedroom on the ground floor and the only full bathroom on the second floor. In addition, access to the basement was not available from inside the house. The loveseats in the living area were comfortable and the kitchen table was very spacious. The electric fireplace in the living area made the home feel cozy. We enjoyed spending time on the deck. As another reviewer mentioned, the house is in a wooded area but the neighbors’ homes, one of which appears to be brand new, are fully visible. Location relative to the beaches was great, with Skaket 5 minutes away and Nauset 10 minutes.
