The property features lots of outdoor space. With ample areas to park snowmobiles, boats and trailers. Their is also secure storage for bicycles.

The house offers a large but cozy great room, with a large TV, a smaller den, also with a TV - great of you can't agree on what to watch! Two modern bathrooms and a powder room just off great room.

The location is well positioned to quickly reach all sorts of outdoor activities! Golf, downhill and X country skiing (Horseshoe Resort, Mount St. Louis Moonstone, Hardwood Hills), tree top treking, Copeland Forest for trails, Bass Lake Provincial Park (swimming, boating, bike/hike trails) and Burl's Creek Concert Grounds. Horseshoe House is a perfect home away from home to relax and play! For foodies, micro breweries and winereries are just a short drive away. Easy access to both the 400 and Hwys 11 and 12 make it a great location for planning day trips into Muskoka too!

The house features 3 large bedrooms and two pull out sofas, one in the great room and one in the den.
One full bathroom with a separate tub and shower on the ground floor. One bathroom on the upper floor with a shower.

Cancellation Policies (for the house rental only)
Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in.
A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in.
No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in.
CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

Our house rules: Smoking outside only - no smoking in the house, this includes all types of vapes and e-cigarettes or similer, no parties in the house, no pets or animals permitted on the property.
No access to the other buildings including the barn and garage. These are locked.
No shoes in the house - remove at the door and place on provided mats.
Be considerate of your neighbours! Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, during which time the noise from the home shall not unreasonably disturb neighbours. Different rules apply where an event contract has been signed.
Respect the house please!
Clean any spills up immediately, this includes beverages and food. Cleaning supplies along with broom, mop and vaccuum cleaner can be found in the mudroom beside the kitchen.
We have a septic system - do not flush sanitary products, wipes, paper towels or diapers down the toilets. Use the garbage cans provided.
Please leave the Provincial Park Passes (2) on the counter in the kitchen when you check out.
Please count and leave all remotes on the kitchen counter when you leave.
Please, check your car for any items that are supposed to remain at the house.
