This special flat offers a classy holiday. It consists of a double room, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and bidet, and a living area with a double sofa bed. There is also a very sunny and furnished garden with a view of the South Tyrolean Dolomites. A parking space in the garage and WiFi are provided free of charge. The flat is located on the first floor but is accessible by lift. The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, kettle, hotplate, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery and much more. Bed linen and towels are also included. Only one parking space is available.Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:- Adults (from 14 years): 4- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departurePlease note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots.
