Wide apartment with 3 bedrooms and balcony, suitable for hosting up to 6 adults + 2 children under 14 years age.



The apartment is furnished in rustic style and offers wide spaces.



It is made of 3 bedrooms, of which 2 are double rooms and one is a twin room, one bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower, a small additional bathroom with toilet and basin only, a living room with TV, a separate kitchen with dining table and a wide balcony looking southwards. In the double rooms it is possible to add a single extra bed.



Each bedroom has an own basin and mirror.



The wide southwards looking balcony will allow you to enjoy the Dolomites’ sun, by admiring the majestic mountains. Additionally, there is an internal terrace, where you will be able to enjoy outdoor dining in the warm months.



The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more



There is also a washing machine at your disposition.



The apartment is located in the first floor, reachable by stairs only.



Wi-Fi, linen and towels are available for free.

According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:



- Adults (from 14 years): 6



- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure



Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances.



House Raieta offers a wide apartment with balcony and mountain view, few minutes walk from Ortisei town center away!



The property is located directly in front of the bus and ski bus stop, so you can reach the Dolomiti Superski cableways of Ortisei and Santa Cristina in few minutes. The busses are completely free, as free tickets for the whole length of the stay are provided.



The town center is approx. 600 m away and it can be reached in few minutes walking, using the Luis Trenker promenade (and cycling path) or by bus. There you find shops, rentals grocery stores, bars, restaurants and all what Ortisei offers.



The wonderful view on the mountains is one of the strengths of the house and can be enjoyed from the wide balcony looking southwards. Additionally, there is an internal terrace, where you will be able to enjoy outdoor dining in the warm months.



You can also access the small common garden of the house.



The property offers all kind of comforts for your holidays in the Dolomites, like free outdoor parking (for 2 cars), Wi-Fi, washing machine, linen and towels.



Pets are not allowed.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!
