A group of us reserved this condo for the Shootout. It is one of the best locations on the lake! We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching all the boats go by. The location was around 15 min on water to where the Shootout was located in 2025. Would absolutely reserved a condo at Breakwater Bay again!

We have stayed in this complex before and this property did not disappoint either. Very fast responses from owner and great view of the lake. Couldn’t ask for more and can’t wait to stay again!

Pictures Deceiving

The pictures indicated a clean and open layout. There were crumbs on the carpet, the floors were sticky, and one of the guests found a fake painted fingernail between her sheets. Yuk! The living room rug was also very dirty. Not an impressive property!

We were very pleased with our stay, the place was super clean, cute and affordable. The location is amazing and the view is amazing! Host was amazing and very attentive. We had the ac leaking we let her know and she had her maintenance man over there within the hour and had it fixed. We will definitely be booking again!!
