• We supply propane for the grill
• Animals of any kind are not allowed.
• This condo unit is on the 2nd floor, nearly level with the parking lot (3 steps), and does not have an elevator
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
• This property does not allow bachelor and bachelorette parties, or loud parties of any kind, and reserves the right to cancel your reservation if this is your intent.
• This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved; however, in winter, they may ice over and become difficult to navigate.

• Decibel measuring devices are installed both indoors and outdoors to maintain noise control standards

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend booking well in advance. You'll have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from surrounding states—perfect for connecting with friends and family.

Location Activities:
Amazing activities are available throughout the lake area all year long. The Visitor Convention Bureau and your host offer event information for the time of your stay. Guests have full access to the condo unit, patio, and community amenities, including pools.

VRBO Cancellation Standards:
Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
