Inside, enjoy an open-concept layout with a comfortable and incredibly stylish living area with all the finishing touches, shuffleboard, board games, and a modern entertainment setup. The kitchen includes upgraded finishes and a coffee bar for morning "ahhh's". Large sliding glass doors connect the living room to the patio, creating seamless indoor-outdoor enjoyment of the amazing lake views.

Property Layout:
The layout is open and welcoming. Near the entry, you'll find a queen bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom. Across the hall is a queen-over-queen bunk bedroom with direct access to the main bathroom, which also opens to the hallway. These bedrooms lead into the open kitchen, dining, and living area with beautiful lake views and access to the patio. Just off the living room is the king primary suite featuring patio access and a private ensuite bathroom with double vanity. The living room also includes a queen sofa sleeper for additional guests.

At the 19MM in Osage Beach, you'll be near the best of the Lake of the Ozarks. • This condo is located one floor below the parking lot, with elevator access.
• The grill on the patio is electric. Open flames are not allowed at Topsider.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and it is best suited for families and groups of friends
• This property does not permit loud parties such as bachelor and bachelorette parties. Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted.
• This property does not allow smoking indoors or outdoors on the premises.
• This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved; however, in winter, they may ice over and become difficult to navigate.

Getting There:
We recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare services like LakeRide Pros are available with advance booking. You'll have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. The property is approx. 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas. Airports include Kansas City International and regional hubs in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Location Activities:

Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
