We`ve stayed here several times. Room was clean. Staff was very helpful. I had forgotten to bring my driver`s license in to register. He typed everything in without a complaint. Parking is easy. Close to dining and a Casey`s. Only complaint is we could smell a slight smoke oder. We`ll be back.

The room was very clean - and very nice, I consider somewhat upscale body wash and shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. Boiled eggs, yogurt and waffel maker (that worked very well) for breakfast. The motel was very, very good for an inexpensive price.

OK but not great.

An armchair in the room had a broken arm and seemed to be on the verge of collapse when I sat in it. Also, the molding around the base of the bathtub was quite dirty.
