Loved the lake access and the pool. Staff was very helpful when approached but toiletries /kitchen supplies were not replenished unless asked and had to be asked for several times over a 5 day stay. Front desk was quick to help and made you feel welcome.

First time staying at Walnut beach, housekeeping was backed up- shampoo provided were small little shampoo packages- we had a cold shower that maintenance had to come and fix. Front desk was not overly enthusiastic or friendly. Probably going to be my last time staying there !

The property itself is really nice . The rooms are nice , spacious , clean , large and comfortable . The pool and beach area are nice . The service was lacking in every aspect . When we checked in , it was 3:00 pm and our room wasn’t ready , they said they would call us when it was on the cell provided . 4:45 we still hadn’t received a call so we went to check and our room was ready . No call. Our plans were to prepare dinner in our room for our small children and not getting our room until 5pm was a hassle. No outside food or drinks in pool area , but the service was non existent . We did see one waiter who said he would bring us a menu but we didn’t see him for the next 2 hours . Never did come around . No balls in the pool. Never heard this before . Dinner service was also poor . The nachos had no toppings except melted cheese and an Avacado topping . The waitress seemed miserable and didn’t crack a smile until we were about to pay , maybe looking for a tip . We were thankful we booked only one night . Likely won’t return. Also , towels on every chair , barely anyone in the pool . They should really enforce this issue of saving chairs .

If you are expecting it to look like the pictures, don't. Firstly, the positives. The hotel is an amazing location, extremely family friendly and ideal pool and beach for swimming. Our kids had an amazing time. Negatives The property is seriously lacking upkeep, and rooms were showing major wear and tear and majority of the outside tables had spiderwebs and seemed dirty. Our room has dried bugs on the blinds, tears in the furniture, and signs of mold in the shower ceiling. I know that overall hotel options are lacking for Osoyoos and this is considered one of the nicer hotels but for $500+ per night, we expected more. The lack of cleanliness was apparent immediately upon check-in. The restaurant food was good but staff were overwhelmed and service was incredibly slow. We felt bad for the server staff as they were working very hard in the heat to keep up. All in all, we would consider returning just based on the location itself, and lack of other "nice" options in Osoyoos. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and value overall.

I love this place and will book again soon. Only thing I did not like about this place was the underground parking has no ventilation, and it gets humid with all the cars and their exhausts. Not something you would want to breathe in. Other than that it’s a perfect resort.

Great resort with everything there. Too long of walk to downtown, shopping. I found restaurant to be expensive and not a lot of regular food. Parking great, staff great. Pool and beach awesome. Had everything in the room we needed. Missed one housekeeping day. All in all we had a very good stay. Thank you

Beautiful place to stay with private beach and good size pool and jacuzzis. Giving 4 stars because for the price we paid, I was expecting daily new shampoo and conditioner, we had to buy our own. The room didn’t have blackout curtains- we stayed in Chardonnay studio with Mountain View- venetian blind’s didn’t do much; no sleeping in. Would go back, but now I know what to ask for.
