The property is located in a strategic location which allows easy access either to the coast or to the most famous and historical sites of the Apulia region, in fact from the villa guest can make several day trips to explore the wonderful cities and towns such as Ostuni, alberobello protected by the UNESCO for the world famous Trulli, and also the coast with the clear sea of Torre Guaceto.
The villa is built using the characteristic white stones it was recently restored the outside patio consist in a private swimming pool equipped with umbrellas and sun beds, a covered patio with built in stone barbecue, external kitchen to prepare al fresco meals. Owner equipped the exteriors with several relaxing areas with elegant garden furniture such as sofas, tables and chairs the ideal spot for enjoying the peaceful atmosphere that the house gives.

Masseria San Michele on its interiors is divided in two apartments both very elegantly equipped with all services needed. The first apartment which was the old stables owner carefully restored them keeping the hold walls mixing the tradition and history making a comfortable apartment which features a large open space with living area with sofas, a dining table and equipped kitchen, a night section with double bed and bathroom with shower box and also a bath tube. This apartment has also a double sofa bed in the living area.
The second apartment which is next to the first is a cozy flat with small kitchenette good for prepare breakfast and small dishes, a double bed and bathroom with shower.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, Satellite Tv, dvd, and internet wifi.

A 40% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Check-in: from 3pm to 8pm; Checkout: 10am
There will be an extra fee to be paid in case of late arrival between 20:00 to 22:00 Euro 50.00 and from 22:00 to 24:00 Euro 80.00, it is not admitted arrival after 24:00.

Security deposit (Refundable): Euro 500.00; to be paid by Credit card easy rent policy with ceiling from 1500 to 5000
