Villa Coco is located just 5 km from the wonderful historic center of Ostuni, in a quiet and private area that guarantees privacy while not being isolated. The location is ideal for those who want to relax immersed in the Apulian countryside while remaining a short distance from the main attractions of the area.
The main entrance leads to a bright living room with sofa, TV and large windows that offer direct access to the garden and pool. The kitchen, fully equipped and equipped with every comfort, has a window with a view of the garden and the pool.
The sleeping area, located on the right of the entrance, consists of three bedrooms: a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and open shower, a second double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds served by a second bathroom. All rooms have a French window with direct access to the garden.
Outside, the villa offers a pleasant space dedicated to relaxation with a furnished patio, table, chairs and barbecue, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. The 5 x 10 meter private pool is surrounded by sun loungers and is equipped with an outdoor shower.
The last stretch of road before entering the property is slightly narrow but easily accessible by cars.
The villa is in a strategic position for visiting Ostuni, the famous “White City”, with its fascinating historic center of white alleys, typical restaurants and local shops, and for easy access to the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic coast and the characteristic villages of the Itria Valley.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.

8. After booking, customers will be asked to register on our site, entering the required details and signing a lease, as required by Italian law.
9. If the customer does not dispose of the garbage upon departure, an additional cost of € 200.00 will be charged.
