A remarkable luxury home sleeping up to 12 guests, this property ‘wows' with every room. Step into one of the stunning reception rooms and let your worries wash away; your holiday has begun. Whether you are celebrating a special occasion or simply catching up with your loved ones in style, the generous farmhouse kitchen is the place to be – and not least for the luxurious welcome hamper that awaits on arrival. With polished granite work-tops, a fabulous breakfast island and a dining table big enough for everyone, there is ample space to settle in. A wood burning stove radiates heat, and cupboards and dressers hold an array of utensils, crockery and glasses. Two ovens make sure everyone is well-fed, and a double American-style fridge, as well as an extra, regular fridge, keep your food and fizz chilled. For ultra-convenience, a dishwasher is provided and there is also a utility and boot room next door with garden access which has a washing machine and dryer. From the kitchen, spectaculars views unfurl through the windows whilst underfloor heating adds to the luxury. Along with the kitchen's dining area, there is also a separate, formal dining room. With rich, warm tones, this room lends a wonderful sense of occasion to meals together. At the other end of the house is the lavish sitting room, complete with a huge sofa. Logs are provided for the room's open fire, a delicious solution to cooler, winter nights. Above the fireplace, a large Smart TV takes pride of place and a number of books and board games are available for traditional family fun. Also downstairs is a conservatory with fantastic views of the garden and a games room with pool table and bar area. For the perfect soundtrack to a perfect holiday, the house is kitted out with smart speakers, With one bedroom downstairs and five bedrooms upstairs, there is somewhere for everyone to snuggle down at the end of the day. The first bedroom, on the ground floor, has a super-king-size bed that can also be turned into two singles. It has its own dressing room and wet-room found just along the hall, too. Atop the grand staircase are the other five bedrooms. The master bedroom is found at the front of the house and has an irresistible king-size sleigh bed. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a fabulous monsoon shower and roll-top bath. Each boasting unique characters of their own, the remaining bedrooms feature king-size beds, TVs and en-suite wet rooms. One of the upstairs bedrooms even has its own private lounge area too.

Outside the property, the fun continues. With a bubbling, private hot tub affording stunning views and a patio area with table, chairs and BBQ, long afternoons can be spent outside soaking in the sunshine. A large private garden eventually gives way to a beautiful duck pond, and the eye continues to trail over the spectacular views beyond.
