Podere San Giorgio is near Otranto, in Frassanito,
one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic coast of Salento.
It`s on the coast, by the pine forest and the beach San Giorgio. The sea is 500 meters away, while the beaches of the Alimini Lakes are 4 kilometers away and Otranto is 10 kilometers away. Otranto, with its amenities and shops, is one of the most beautiful towns in Italy.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 1pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 11am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Tidying up of accommodation with no change of linen, for day
- Breakfast included from 08:00 to 10:00.
- Only small pets admitted.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- During July and August the bar is open from 8am to 1pm and from 3pm to 10pm.
- Shared barbecue and outdoor.
