Newly built villa located in Otranto near the center, with a panoramic view of the Adriatic coast of Salento, in Apulia. This splendid villa in Otranto offers all comforts, in a modern style, with light tones. It offers equipped patio with sun loungers and tables, garden with lawn and swimming pool (8 meters x 10 meters). Ideal for a holiday a few steps from the sea and the city center, suitable for families or couples.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area but very close to the centre. In fact, the historic center can also be reached on foot with a walk along an illuminated path. All services are less than 1 km away, including the centre.

Inside
Villa Arca is spread over two levels. On the ground floor at the entrance we find the living room, a bright open space with a view of the pool, furnished with a sofa bed for two, armchairs and a comfortable, well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and an adjacent bathroom with shower cubicle. A staircase leads us to the upper floor with another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom/shower. Animals are not allowed.

Outside

The villa is completely fenced. An avenue leads to the back of the villa where there is a swimming pool with a solarium area equipped with sun loungers. The swimming pool, located about 10 meters away from the house, is rectangular in shape and is accessed by going down 4 steps. The dimensions of the swimming pool are 8 x 10 metres, it has a depth of 1.40 m and is an enchanting swimming pool which, for dimensions and colors, it guarantees guests comfort and relaxation.

The price includes bed linen and towels (first supply), water and gas consumption. Swimming pool open from 01 May to 31 Oct. The price does not include: final cleaning €200, energy for day €20.
