Good hotel for meetings in Ottawa, especially if you're travelling within the city using your own auto. Driving from the hotel to locations in the city is easy and convenient. The restaurant in the hotel serves excellent food. The rooms are clean and the staff are very attentive.

Unsavory people hanging around lint and parking lot, two guys drinking beer by their car in parking lot from 9pm until 2AM, check- in was extremely slow both times, we inquired ahead and were told on the phone that we could definitely leave our rental car in parking lot for few days, but then were told No when we checked in, had to make a fuss and plead with them and eventually they changed their mind.
