I didn’t like that I was not informed of the renovations taking place at the Comfort Inn when I reserved a room. The water was shut off late in the morning when I was showering so couldn’t rinse off the soap. I had to towel off the soap. Also the toilet wouldn’t flush when the power was off. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again!!!

On first day of my stay , I came back to the hotel around 2 am in a heavy snowy day and the front door was completely closed and the card was not working to access . There was no staff at the front disk . I spent 15 minutes in the snow freezing . And after 15 minutes the guy came and he opened the door and he said I closed it completely because I don’t know who is coming from outside which doesn’t make sense because each gust has a card can be used to access instead shutting the door completely and leaving people in middle of snow storm . It was a horrible experience.
