The elevator did not work to the 3rd floor when we told them they didn’t seem to care to much. Had to care our stuff down and my husband has copd. They didn’t even have a warning on the door. We travel a lot and this place has the worst front end staff that I have ever ran in to. When you went to desk they don’t even look up at you or look up from the computer. Sorry will never stay here again.

Filthy Dirty Room!

The bathroom had long black hair on the bathroom floor and counter. The temperature gage did not work and one of the chest of drawers was broken and kept coming out into our path at the end of the beds. We asked for the thermostat to be repaired but not to enter the room unless we were there. That instruction was ignored.

Strong smell of smoke in the room (beside staff room-obviously smoking indoors), neighbour had TV on 24/7 at top volume, pool was closed on a Family Holiday weekend!, no parking due to long-term airport parkers. All these complaints were made to front desk multiple times and we were given lame responses. Only given air spray and told to keep spraying room to deal with smoke being drawn into our room by ventilation system. Beds weren’t very comfortable-certainly not pillow top style.

It's getting worst here

I actually left the hotel after my first night. I know it was prepaid and non refundable but I am no longer comfortable here. The front office staff who is always there when I checked in is disinterested - happens a lot and I have stayed here quite a number of time. The building maintenance employee is miserable at the best of times. I am usually greeted with the question "name?" when I check in.....it's cold and not friendly. There was a problem with the automatic doors when I entered but the maintenance fellow looked like if I was bothering him. I usually ask for a higher room away from the elevator and I certainly needed it this time....I got a room on the 2nd floor :(. I opened the door from the elevator on the 2nd floor only to find food scattered all over the floor. There were kids running down the hallway, playing with the elevators and running up and down the stairs. After a long drive, I did not need this. I have stayed at this hotel before - time for me to never return.
