Great stay room was great found the on site restaurant a little lacking but was a fantastic location for exploring and walking the market only surprise was the cost to park but booked through a third party so may be something they forgot to mention will definitely stay again

Staff was great! A beautiful hotel. Room we were given in the west part of the hotel was small and needs and update but I am told by the wonderful staff lady Sarah there are reno upgrades coming so that issue should improve. All in we really enjoyed the time there and will return there.

At check in they promised to have a bottle of sparkling wine delivered to our room since it was our anniversary. That never happened. Then the tv did not work in our room, then to top it off the toilet filled to the top when we flushed once, so it was plugged before we got there. Nd the QR code to retrieve our our car from valet parking didn’t work either.

Absolutely superb. We've wanted to stay at the CL before, but never did. This time there was a good room rate and we jumped at it, then later upgraded to a room with a view of Parliament Hill. What a treat. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel, both of which were great. Waiters at both meals were pleasant and engaging. This was a great experience and we’ll do it again.

We enjoyed our stay again at Chateau Laurier. The staff were exceptionally helpful, professional and polite. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Appreciate the season touches in the lobby with the Christmas trees.

While the location and history of the building are amazing, the value for the money is not there. The room is very small and outdated, their was mold in the bathroom and hair from another guest. The room was very warm and no way of changing the temperature. Breakfast and valet is extremely expensive.

The Christmas trees in the lobby were outstanding our room was very clean and pretty large. We will definitely be going back to the chateau Laurier in Ottawa on another trip.
