Everything was perfect, clean and comfortable, as I expected from Hilton. The only thing that surprised me was bathroom products which were claimed to be Neutrogena, but were not.

All the staff we interacted with went above and beyond, especially the man who checked us in. It was very busy when we arrived and our room wasn't quite ready but he really made us feel welcome, and got us into our room as quickly as possible. We stayed for 4 nights in April and wanted to be downtown. This property is a combo Hilton and Homewood Suites. The property was very nice. The room was very comfortable and we had the benefit of a corner room so lots of extra light. The breakfast buffet was overpriced for what you get. It is free with a stay at Homewood Suites but $25 per person with a stay at the Hilton. That had us finding more interesting (and less expensive) options in town which were plentiful. The saltwater pool was luxurious. The Tulip Lounge was great for a drink or 2 while watching the Leafs beat the Senators. 😉 Overall, nice place to stay if walking the city is your goal. We did 43 kms in 3 days.
