They let us do early check-in due to the weather conditions. Very hospitable and friendly staff with amazing and clean rooms.

Out of 3 elevators, only 1 was working. The check in process was extremely slow, there was a line out the door and only 1 person at the desk. The were no towels available at the pool. Staff were slow, asked for a trolly to bring our luggage in, no one brought one even though the front desk used their walkie-talkie. The carpet in the room was gross and dirty. The amount I reserved the room for is NOT what they tried to charge me (by hundreds of dollars, not just a service fee). There are random charges on my credit card that I am currently trying to investigate ($20.07, $176.85).

Our room service was outstanding, the room was spotless. The kitchen was great, staff very friendly. The front desk seemed overwhelmed at times, but responded effectively to a noise complaint. The pool was amazing

Very cost-effective hotel

The location is right next to the highway and a few minutes' drive from downtown Ottawa, very cost-effective and convenient compared with the hotels in downtown. However, the ventilation system is a little bit noisy because of the years it has. Plenty of parking.
