Roons clean, restaurant staff kind and courteous, parking a disaster...u have to valet, no issue there but they brought me the wrong car at one point and didnt even realize.... could have been a problem. At $34/day, the service is not reflective of Sheraton but shows poorly. Other than that, stay was good

It was a good stay but the parking valet service Was not provided. Parking needs to be addressed not everyone is capable of navigating alternative choices. Valet should provide that service and park the vehicle for you. Other than that all good thank you

The room was old. The beds and pillows were horrible. I couldn’t sleep the first night. Very noisy (both street and guests). The bathroom is also very old. Overpriced. I chose the hotel because of the central location. Otherwise it’s a total rip-off
