Not a place to stay if you are going as a group or team. We were not allowed to check in until exactly 3pm, unless paying a $40 fee. Once we got our room, there were no towels. The phone was broken and the ceiling was stained in the bathroom. The pool area was ok, however the paint is chipping, by child cut herself on a tile getting out of the pool, and it was a battle to get towels from the front desk. The hot tub was disgusting. There were globs of hair floating in the water. The water was green and brown.
Breakfast was minimal and very disappointing. Both days were pancakes, hardboiled eggs, toast or cereal. When the juice syrup ran out "they didn't have any more" to replace it with. At no point through out the day could you sit in the lobby. Whether to enjoy a change of scenery, play cards with friends, or to sit at the tables having a drink. You were immediately met by staff or security stating you "must return to your room". If you are looking for a social get away, stay clear of this hotel, unfortunately. If you are looking for a quieter place, where you are not allowed to leave your room, by all means book. We will not be returning. Very disappointed!
