When we arrived the room was only partially cleaned. The cleaner didn’t take all the garbage from the canister and also didn’t vacuum the carpet (very evident). I called the front desk and they did send someone up to finish the cleaning but it did leave a feeling of (what else wasn’t done). The hot tub in the pool area was warm only and not enjoyable as it seemed like it was catered to young children. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained and the room was quiet with a comfortable bed. Breakfast area served the same things both days of the weekend (no bacon only sausages) but there was a selection of things to choose from besides only the meat. Overall the hotel was good but I wouldn’t rate it as excellent. It could easily be excellent with some minor attention to details.

Fantastic Family Stay – We’ll Be Back!

Our family had an amazing stay at the Towneplace Suites in Belleville! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool and hot tub—our kids absolutely loved splashing around, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. The area was clean, well-maintained, and never felt overcrowded. Breakfast each morning was a wonderful start to the day, with plenty of delicious options to satisfy everyone in the family. The variety and quality exceeded our expectations, and we appreciated the fresh, hot selections. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family to relax. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will absolutely be returning for another stay. Highly recommend this hotel for families looking for comfort, great amenities, and outstanding service!

We stayed while in town for hockey and the staff were absolutely amazing! went above and beyond to help and accommodate in any way they could! rooms were so spacious and spotless! We have stayed in MANY different places over the year for hockey and this was by far the best one we’ve ever stayed at. 12/10 review from us!
