It an old and tired place. Rooms were clean but basic. Towels were rough. Breakfast is very basic, no fresh fruit and we got there at 8, things were messy and almost no eggs left.

Room size and design are excellent, downstairs lounge and outside tables and chairs very inviting and comfortable. Breakfast outstanding in choices and quality. The in room coffee machine was defective. Hot tub not available. Breakfast attendant was overwhelmed—dishes stacked up, all four urns of coffee empty.

Not what we expected from a Raddison property. Several calls were not returnned prior to check in. Check in was not friendly or helpful. No explaination for intense scrutiny at check in. Toilet was clogged up when we arrived! Lady working counter was nice, and helpful! Second morning the pan with the eggs was empty, along with several other items. When i let the person working the breakfast know, he just closed the door to the kitchen and ignored me. I was there for about another 15 min, he never brought anything else out.

Beds were very good. Quiet. Everything was just fine, yet the view from our room was not terribly desirable. Semi truck parking behind hotel rear lot. Not loud or dirty, just unexpected.
