Ok, just don’t eat there

Room was fine, bed comfortable. Breakfast was a mess. I realize guest are at fault but zero staff had been cleaning up during the morning. Every table was dirty, counters, floors, food areas too. Dispensers broken, oatmeal dried up. No thank you!

Staff was efficient and helpful. Large and clean room. Quiet. Enjoyed a full breakfast with variety. Carpeting needs replaced throughout. Would stay here again.

It used to be a nice motel not sure if it changed hands but the bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever. Had a backache for 2 days. The carpets are dirty.

I would have given 5* except for breakfast service. There were about 5 of us waiting for coffee and the gentleman servicing the area took all 3 pots. After waiting 20 minutes I knocked on his door. He was talking on his phone and told me “I’m working on it” and proceeded to close the door in my face. I was very nice asking too. I realize they needed to be filled but one of them still had coffee in it. He just seemed to be in a very cranky mood. Front desk people were super nice and very accommodating with our room. We have a very old dog and they put us right next to the door outside to the pet area to make it easier for him. Rooms are great as usual. We stay here numerous times a year and this is the first time we’ve had any issues.

Never a staff person at the desk, seemed to be outside smoking all the time. Not sure why he disappeared with my drivers license…… There was a film of ‘ick’ on bathroom lights above mirror… carpets felt and looked like they haven’t been cleaned for a while… room had a smell.. breakfast was good! And ceiling fan in room was a nice touch. Will not stay again.
