This is a property that is well maintained. Rooms are clean, breakfast is hot, pets welcomed and a restaurant that serves everything right across the parking lot. If I had to name a negative it would be that the beds are on the harder side but that is it!

The person who checked us in was not informative at all. After he handed a family member a key, she asked where the room was located and he vaguely pointed behind him and said “back there”. I had reserved a suite for my large family and got a double bed room. I called the front desk and the gal in charge said, “ I’m so sorry, he was supposed to have you talk to me prior to allowing you to check in.” Long story short, they overbooked the hotel and they gave us a cot which was fine. The front desk staff member that checked us in brought a cot without bedding so on the way back from dinner, I asked for bedding in which he gave me a single fitted sheet. I then asked for maybe a blanket and a pillow. He gave me a blanket but informed me they were out of pillows. The front desk staff at the hotel sets a tone for the stay. I will not be staying at this location ever again.

Clean and comfy

Nice beds, good linen, a/c was great, tv good. Nice surprise that maid service came after our 1st night. This never hapens anymore. Breakfast was good. We'll definitely stay again.

The hotel itself was clean but the service was poor. We specifically asked for our room to be cleaned and extra towels and we came back late and it had not been touched. We had to then go down to the front desk to get clean towels. The breakfast crew (the young ones) were laying around on the chairs and tables when we went down for breakfast. All the tables needed to be cleaned and they just sat there. It 's frustrating when you don't get good service.

It was a great place to stay on our way to Wisconsin. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Only disappointment was that I asked for a 1st floor room for elderly parents and they were put on the 3rd floor. I know they have elevators, however, I requested 1st floor to help minimize how far they needed to drag their suitcases in.

Was disappointed the hot tub was out of order, as that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Would have been nice to be notified ahead of time it wasn't working so we could have cancelled and rescheduled elsewhere.

We stay here often to visit family in the area. Our experience is consistent in that the hotel is clean and staff is professional. We are not big breakfast eaters so I can’t say much about it. But it does have a wide variety of offerings. There is a restaurant, the Green Mill right next door. We feel the food is pretty good for the price! Also, this hotel is very pet friendly! Pool and hot tub areas are nice and clean.
