Staying at this property 3 night 4 days we didn’t have any room service, when I questioned the front desk they mentioned that “we had very busy day” no towel change no garbage removal. Breakfast area very limited to 20 guests at the time people was standing around tables eating from paper plates very uncomfortable situation. I will not return nor recommend this hotel for stay.

The Internet was very spotty. Which was very frustrating, the TV gave a million options of Netflix and prime but then you couldn't use any of them unless you had your own account. The quality of the screen was very grainy. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean. When I expressed frustration over the check in process the front desk just didn't take responsibility. i wasn't too impressed with the staff I interacted with either. Honestly, my whole stay was rather frustrating.

Overall pretty much everything, not a clean place at all, the worst was when i asked to have my stained sheets changed the second day, the clean staff turn the sheets around and used the same stained sheets. This got me pretty upset, in the washroom tgey replaced the shampoo and some towels but didnt get cleaned. Terrible.

The room and property were fine, we were disappointed with the included breakfast. We arrived just after 9am and were told there were no hard boiled eggs left, they were 'finished'. There was no water in the large water container in the lobby. No bran related cereal available.

Dirty hotel, sink was plugged up and didn’t drain, sheets were stained and there were bed bugs. We didn’t stay in the hotel. The employees were rude and didn’t care how bad the hotel was. They also tried to charge me again for the room when it was already paid for.

It appears to be a government housing project. Homeless people all over smoking on the property, right at the front doors they were. They live there in rooms funded by the government. Room was grotty. Bathroom was sparse. Couldn’t get the shower nozzle to give much pressure. Lights were all unplugged and it was a pain to figure that out. AC wouldn't turn on. Went to front desk to get new room. Long wait. Ended up wiggling the AC switches to make it turn on. Wifi kept kicking out. This is a terrible hotel. More of a shelter tbh.
