Ginn on the Rocks is a well-appointed quintenssential Maine cottage set just 20 feet back from Crescent Beach in Owls Head. The beach access makes this cottage perfect for small families who are looking to spend all day in the sand.  You can climb over the rocks and down to the sandy beach or take the easy one minute stroll down the road to the public access. The home features all new flooring, a new half bath and some newer furnishings throughout. The open floor plan of the living and dining area with the kitchen makes spending time together a priority while enjoying the spectacular view. This cottage is perfect for a couple or a small family looking to explore the area.

Sit back and relax and enjoy the beach and lobster boats working out front. The back deck is great for picnic lunches or a glass of wine after a relaxing day. The dead-end road the property is located on is nice for walks and biking around Owls Head, exploring the different beaches the town has to offer. A quick drive and you can explore Rockland, Camden, and Thomaston - truly a great location for any adventurer or beachcomber.
