The hotel itself was really great. The area surrounding the hotel made me feel unsafe. A lot of kids hanging around in gangs and when you walk to dinner it made you feel very unsafe with their behaviour. Although breakfast was included and it looked good from the outside the food was not good - everything was overcooked and not very tasty. Parking was easy but again yet had to pay for parking everywhere in the UK you pay for parking which is ridiculous when you’re spending so much money on a hotel. The reception staff were really lovely and were very accommodating overall it was a good stay

Spotlessly clean very good breakfast fabulous coffee massive tv in room that my husband loved … front of house staff were amazing I have a bad back and needed more pillows they asked how many and they were brought instantly.. when we went down for breakfast I was approach to ask if I’d had a comfortable night and if I needed anything else they are so kind and helpful also there in house taxi driver is lovely… when we’re in Oxford this is the hotel we will always be using …. Thank you all

Good hotel, stayed here to two nights with friends. Good location right next to the football stadium, around a 15-20 taxi ride into Oxford city centre. Staff were great, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was included, very good and as much as you wanted.

The room was spacious and clean but not as well equipped as other Hampton by Hilton hotels. The pressure in the shower wasn’t very good. Otherwise a comfortable, convenient stay.

This is a very well kept hotel with amazingly friendly and supportive staff. The room was cleaned daily. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate but did not cater to vegans. You need a car to stay at this hotel because it is miles out of the city of Oxford. There is road construction outside, but you do not hear it in the rooms. I would stay at this hotel again.

brekfest we liked the set up eveything was at hand food on top plates knifes and forks below in each section fantastic all nice and fresh staff very help full. bed a bit hard but had a nice restful sleep. could do with a smokers shelter outside when raining. enjoyed are stay

I glad even breakfast issues have been rectified so quickly by the management team of the hotel as yesterday it morning the service was poor. Today what a great turnaround by changing staff service was outstanding. All staff was amazing helpful polite topping of items were excellent. All the staff was working very hardworking, even receptionist was helping out in dining area . Veronica one Eastern European lady did not stop through out her shift unlike yesterday staff who was not interested in their work not bothered in any kind of customer service. This morning was totally opposite to yesterday morning. We were all very impressed with all the staff . Even manager was looking after everything in front & dining area she was very good always smiling friendly with all customers. We like to says to alll the management and staff a very good thank you for excellent customer service. Well done. I rate today experience as 5 stars . No improvement is needed now . Well done everyone 👍

Hotel stay was great, spacious rooms and clean environment. Only downside is the cot provided for my 2 month old baby was extremely poor. It was just a piece of foldaway wrapped in an extremely large bedsheet. Very thin, no support. We were lucky we had our pushchair bassinet with us which doubles up as a Moses basket so my little one slept in there instead.
