Double booked room.

They booked us in a room that had someone still in it. We were in town for our granddaughter racing at Talledega so no more rooms in town. We had to drive back home at night in the rain and missed the whole event the next day. My Wife cried all weekend.

Thank you to Trinity!!! We had issue with the refrigerator when we arrived, she handled and resolved it quickly. She also followed up to make sure we had everything we needed and our stay was good.

really close to racetrack.. The night person checking us in was awesome!!! Even dealt with a rude customer before us and still kept her cool.. the morning shift however was rude and unhelpful.. We asked for towels because we didnt see housekeeping was told she didn't have any and didn't offer to call or see about them, also asked about electric curtains that did not raise and she was very unhelpful with any and all queries, even at checkout was just rude..

Super location near lots of eateries. Staff was excellent, room clean and welcoming. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
