In our first room, the bathroom was not clean- hair in the shower and floor was dirty- caps from lotion and dirt. Heat also did not work. They moved us and in the new room, the blackout curtain was half off the hooks so it would not close properly and the tissue box was empty. The common area where the complimentary coffee and tea is was filthy- trash cans overflowing and garbage on the floor. It really felt like no one cared about the hotel.

The convenience was a huge bonus, very walkable. The restaurant hours are limited dinner. The 2 downsides were no breakfast in-house, but there were places close by and the gym which is very small and very limited. Other than that it was great! If you want to experience the downtown life, this is the spot.

The hotel was almost completely empty as this was spring break week and the campus is a ghost town. Got in late, about 6 hours after check in time, but when asked if could check out an hour later, they wanted to charge me $50 every 30 minutes. Ridiculous.
