Hotel was clean and the location in terms of access to the university is premium. However, the hotel is shockingly overpriced in terms of what you get with the condition/decor of the lobby, hallways, rooms - they've all seen better days ("days" meaning sometime in the late 1990s).

The property overall is perfectly decent and the staff are friendly, but the rooms are extremely dated and need a revamp desperately for the rates that are charged.
