Light airy ambiance. New washer/dryer. This is an active friendly neighborhood, children are welcome! One parking space assigned on driveway. Two cars can park tandem if they are small. Left side of drive is assigned to apartment in back of building

Karen's place is beautifully decorated, very clean, chic-looking and spacious in a friendly neighborhood. It's a block away from the beach with surfers and sea lions. The balcony is a wonderful place to soak up the sun, where you can hear the pounding waves and sea lions barking at times. Trips to the Channel Islands are very convenient from the harbor close by and the marine life there is out of the world. We would have easily extended our stay if it had been available. We had a great time and will definitely come back again to escape the Indiana blizzard. Thank you Karen!

Great Summer Retreat

Upon first checking in, I was so impressed by the cleanliness, decor and hospitality that within a week of checking in I extended my stay another month! Karen was a great host, extremely responsive and made this feel like home! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
