Spacious, pet-friendly, and thoughtfully stocked, the home is ideal for family gatherings or group getaways with room to truly relax.

**Guest Access
Guests enjoy private, exclusive access to the entire home, including:

All interior living spaces and bedrooms
The fully equipped kitchen and living areas
All outdoor spaces, including the rooftop deck, fenced front patio, and private balconies
All provided amenities and beach gear

Check-in is seamless with keyless self-entry. We respect your privacy and are always available via the app or phone if you need assistance during your stay.

**Booking process
After booking, you will receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our standard rental agreement.
Once signed, you will be emailed access to your Guest Portal, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.
Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal.
Early check-in may be requested through the Guest Portal when available.
A $25 per dog, per stay pet fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal or HostCo Store.
