Room was as advertised, staff are well trained, helpful and courteous. Resort is beautiful, only criticism is how remote it is. That may be a plus for many people but our biggest expense was taxi fares to travel to other parts of the island. Other than that, great!!

Beautiful property, beach is lovely. It is good to have a car if you stay here. The restaurants have good food but it is the only option, especially for breakfast. Breakfast only serves buffet which is 39$ each person, so it gets very expensive for a week

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property was well maintained and my room was luxurious. I especially enjoyed the sunrise yoga session. The instructor was amazing, making sure I had the perfect start to each day while on vacation. The staff was all around very lovely. I would recommend this hotel for couples, friends and families.

The room was beautiful, the staff was friendly and welcome, but I was very disappointed by some aspects of my stay, I only was there for 2 days. They didn’t remove the cup from my welcome drink and when I moved it outside my room it sat there until I left even though they came for turn down service and to clean my room since I was clearly finished with it. I also asked the housekeeping for an extra qtip when she came for the turn down and she handed me a cup and clearly didn’t understand English, just a bit disappointing. Also, they didn’t give me slippers and when I was I was told they ran out of them. I find that hard to believe. I had called twice and then after almost an hour they called back to say they ran out. At breakfast at the buffet they didn’t get my drinks to my table in time for my meal either and other customers said that was typical. I loved the hotel, I’ve been coming to st maarten for years and although the property was beautiful I have stayed at many JW marriotts and this one was about a 6/10 when the brand is usually a 10/10.

Every part of the JW Marriott St.Martin experience was exceptional. The staff at this resort are what make it that way. They are truly the best in the entire Caribbean and we have been to almost every island so can say this with thorough travel experience. The food is exceptional, the rooms are exceptional, facilities are all clean and well maintained. We went during the busy Christmas and New Year’s period and even with the resort sold out, you could always find a chair by the pool, they never run out of clean towels and you feel like you’re a special guest. Thank you to everyone at JW with special call outs to Stevenson, Anaika, Kevin, Leann, Dane, and Panurdang who made us feel extra special.

Resort is very modern and well appointed. The spa was wonderful. Great location right on Dawn Beach. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Seems they just recently reopened after renovations which means it’s like new but also needs to work a few kinks out. Overall still would highly recommend.
