This charming, single-story adobe brick home is located on a quiet residential street in upper Pacific Grove. The cozy living room has a no-maintenance gas fireplace and a flat screen TV with expanded cable service and a DVD player. The large, fully-equipped kitchen has a second dining table, and the enclosed patio and Weber gas grill are convenient for cookouts.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and there's a second full bath, and an office with a convertible sofabed.
The home is within walking distance of several excellent French, Italian and Chinese restaurants (as well as an outstanding French Patisserie).
