The house has had a complete renovation with a brand new kitchen, all new tile and carpeted floors, new lights and fans and a brand new stand alone third bedroom/ bathroom connected by covered walkway to the main house. The master bedroom sleeps two and is complete with king sized bed and large ensuite, twin basins and direct outdoor and pool access. Second bedroom has a queen bed and has a separate bathroom with shower/tub and outdoor access. New third bedroom has one twin bed and a queen bed and a brand new his and her ensuite bathroom. All rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioners. The home has a large living area, with TV and DVD a bluetooth sound system and a large well equiped gourmet kitchen. There is a large swimming pool with timber decking and a covered outdoor seating area. The tropical gardens are lush and lovely.
During your stay at this villa, you'll be close to The Pearl Championship Golf & Country Club. You'll find features such as an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a private pool and a kitchen in the villa.
