Leave all USED towels & wash clothes in the bathtub, close all blinds & leave any used blankets on the beds. Please empty all trash cans & take the trash outside to the big trash bin on the driveway.
Turn all lights off before leaving. Return thermostat to 76 in the Summer & 62 in the Winter.
Make sure windows & exterior doors are locked before leaving.

The house was very clean. The neighborhood was safe and it was close to the event that I was attending. The host was always in contact making sure everything was good and if we needed anything. We definitely will be back. I loved everything about the property.
